Luna's Unproffesionalism- This is shown and/or brought up quite often... Usually in the manner of the archive being started late, the show itself being started late, or the breaks not being set up on time.

Luna's Bitch- Mikal is Luna's bitch... This has been well established since the beginning of the show.

VNV Nation- There is a song by VNV Nation played at the end of every break (except for the last one) as the rejoiner music since the second show.

The Final Countdown/Segment- The rejoiner music for the last break is ALWAYS The Final Countdown. It's one of Luna's favourite songs, and she frequently sings "It's the final segment!" as the break is ending. She mixes it up a bit more now with different versions of the song sometimes.

Five People, Three Mic Friday- originally known as Five People, Two Mic Friday. Luna's mixer only supports three mics, and when the show started, she only had two, yet on Friday nights, the show used to have five hosts.

Ping Pong- No, not the game! The hosts of Practical Lunacy use a Ping Pong to see how far off the stream is. This was started when one of the listeners once said, "I wanna know how far behind we are, ping us like on IRC!" This began the tradition of the hosts saying ping while typing it into the chat room and the listeners replying with a pong when they heard it.

mIRC Sounds- Just another way that Luna shows off her nonprofessionals. Luna's mIRC (the program used to connect to the chat room) makes all kinds of noises, and if she doesn't turn off the sounds, they go out over the stream.
