Minou is a cute little old kitty lady that owns Dave (maybe she's the reason we can't tell if he's real or not!). She's quite judgemental. When she looks at you, you can feel her eyes looking at your very soul. But, sometimes she can be cute and silly like any other kitty!
Luna's just happy that she's bribed Minou with enough catnip that Minou likes her now!

Oh! One more thing! Minou is literally just French for kitty.
