Practical Lunacy has seen many different hosts throughout the years. The only one that's remained completely static is Luna. Here's a list of the people who have hosted Practical Lunacy.

Scott (2004)- Scott co-hosted Practical Lunacy on Friday nights for a long time in the early days of the show, during what was fondly known as "Five People, Three Mic Friday" to the hosts and fans of the show at the time. He was constantly making fun of Luna.

Schuyler (2004)- Schuyler was another "Five People, Three Mic Friday" host. He played a slightly more important role at the time since Luna was dating him. He's best known for making fun of Luna and for the infamous fight that he had with Mikal about everything from privatization to the speed limit

Crystal (2004)- A close friend and neighbour of Luna's, Crystal was an inconsistent voice on the show, and more of a guest host, though she did have a permanent spot for a short while.

Jason (2004-2005)- Jason was a guest host of the show on many different occasions, and had a standing spot on the show whenever he wanted it. He's best known by Practical Lunacy fans for saying "I can shut off your mic" and "I control the ship, bitch" to Scott, though that took place on Taste of the Goods, and not Practical Lunacy.

Melissa (2004-2007)- Melissa came and went a few times, but was a regular host for about three years of the show. Until 2008, she was the only consistent female host other than Luna and was a favourite of many fans, partly because she was cute and partly because she was so open and out there.

Cara (2005)- A close friend and romantic interest of Luna's, Cara guest hosted the show on numerous occasions.

Victor (2004-2005)- A romantic partner of Luna's, Victor hosted the show with her while they were dating and while they lived together. He was also known as "Wal-Mart Boy", and is known these days as "Luna's psycho ex"

David (2005-2006)- David hosted at first every Tuesday, and later on every Saturday night on PL. He was known for being loud and nonsensical and yelling "Penis!" at every opportunity. It should also be pointed out that he graduated college as a Literature Major and always threw out large words, causing Luna to keep dictionary.com open at all times, just in case.

Ryan (2005-2006)- Ryan was a host on a regular basis, but wasn't very good at it in the beginning, leading Luna to take away his mic on a fairly regular basis. He was referred to as our intern for a while and Luna and David would force him to run their errands during the show and make him do degrading and embarrassing things, such as tasting flavoured condoms. He later got better at hosting the show and became a regular co-host of Luna's until they had a falling out.

There were also a few people that guest hosted the show, including Kat, who was originally going to be a regular host, but couldn't get the scheduling worked out and so only hosted twice; Tara, who just wasn't very good at radio, though a lot of PL fans would say she has the face for it (before the webcam came into use!); and wound up co-hosting three times; and Sparkle, a close friend of Luna's that co-hosted on a few occasions.
